Called twice in last 3 days and does not answer when I pick up and say, "hello". I can tell there is someone on the line. I know people in the 830 area code. Whoever calls from this number gets an A+ for being a nuisance and other negative titles that are profane. Regards to your mother the mademoiselle.
This is the same area code as some of my relatives, so I answered. It's some organization, maybe, offering to help home owners with high utility bills. I wasn't interested.
