I answered - yes I know better:
Got a delay then connected to a boilder room - lots of noise in the background.
Woman with a heavy East Indian accent says, can I speak to John, I said sure.
She going in to how people in my area are complaining about the high cost of cable TV, and 'you' can save money.
I asked, "What area is that ?"
She repeats how my neighbors have complained about the high cost....
I cut her off and asked," would you answer my question and tell me what area are you talking about?"
She hung up.  :-)
