Who called from 8303920021

"Vincent Jacobs" from dispatch for Capital Delivery Services. Has a legal claim with my name and Social Security Number. Said a Courier would be in my area the next day between 2-4 PM for me to sign for documents. If I had any questions before Courier arrives. to call back.  SCAM!

I received the same call from the same person. Is it s scam? I also talked to another gentleman who got upset and hung the phone up because I could not make a payment this month.

Got a call from someone at this number.  Said they would have a courier in my area to serve papers.  Don't know who this is or why I would be served

The message is for someone named Carolina Antunez, (I don't know anyone with that name), the caller identified himself as Vincent Jacobs calling from Capital Delivery Services. He says that a courier will be delivering in El Paso county on Monday, July 11...
