This is supposedly a loan company. However I am very leery of the email I received because of the salutation. No American words their email as listed below:

Please find attached the loan approval and agreement papers for $1500_$5000, from Advance America Payday Loans. Please call us back so that we can transfer this money as your loan has been approved for $1500_$5000,

Typical scammer. If you respond, they'll ask you to send a fee/insurance/good faith payment/installment - whatever - to show you can "afford" the loan. It is illegal in the US to require an advance fee to receive a loan. You can forward the email to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (Ic3) on the FBI website.
some guy called my phone twice back to back and when I called it back, he started playing and whispering saying he was going to take and kill my wife. I don't have a wife and he keep asking ok????. I asked him to take me off his list and he just keep saying I'm going to take your wife. Some spam or somebody playing on the phone, not sure where he could have got me number
830-522-7064 might be a Magic Jack number, or might be a landline in Bandera, TX.
Yep ... 830-522 is used by Magic Jack in or for Bandera, TX
