Yes, this is Conn's calling for a late payment (?). They must have a million phones cause they call 3 to 6 times a day from different numbers. I guess so you can't block them. I day late and they lose their minds! I will never buy another thing from them again. I pay my bills. I might be one or two days late because of how I get paid, but I PAY MY BILLS!
The problem with verbal commands is that they can be easily ignored and you have no proof you gave it. Now if you had sent them a certified, return receipt letter telling them that you are not "Yvonne" and they continued to call, you would have had an excellent case against them, could have sued them, and could have gotten big bucks for the harassment.
