This is Conn's corporate office. When you have an account there, they start calling the day after the payment is due. There is a 10 day grace period, which depending on my pay period, I usually use a couple of days of it. But they are relentless and will call up to 5 times a day. My payment is due on the 10th of month. I have never not paid it. I have never gone over the grace period. I always pay it. I look forward to December when I'm done with this account.
I just started getting these calls over and over from (830)541-5038. I've never been to a Conn's, and I don't know anyone who shops there. I've tried telling them that and they keep calling. They won't say why they are calling and they keep asking "who are you?" They also use similar numbers such as (830)541-5039.
Keep getting calls from this number they don't leave a message just hang up. Probably scammers trying to get your personal information. I always seem to start getting these calls around Thanksgiving/Christmas time.
