Telemarketer.They attempt to trick you into thinking you already do business with them, and want you to authorize them to send you a package (along with a hefty bill) so your "OSHA compliance doesn't expire".
It is a scam.
They use VOIP to appear to be somewhat local to your location. The call back number they use is 888-714-9562.
