Calls my house and cell number constantly from another number, (210) 807-8461, and claims to be someone called "Brian Smith" and asks for my husband or me, but does not say what company he is from, if he is from one at all. Sounds like a collection company, like one that works for Citibank, that constantly harasses you and violates the federal fair debt collection act laws all the time. When I call the number he gives it asks me to hold for the next available representative.
