I recvd a call from this number as well. Threatening me. I knew right away it was a scam when I called the number and the guy answered and said WTF do you want..... Nice huh.

@Thomas, well yes I know these things are happening however this company has taken my card info and did not mess with it at all. They have taken the amount as agreed and also sent a letter to me confirming the same.
As per my experience they are not fooling and the message they leave might be an actual warning of something that can possibly happen.
These calls are 100% fraudulent. Do not be fooled. If you call the company they claim to represent you will be informed that they have no person working under that name. These people are hackers who find your information online and use it to scam you into giving your credit card information. Ask them for the company name and website and tell them you will call that company. Please do not take these seriously, the people doing this aren't even in this country.
If you contact Cashnet they will tell you that they were hacked in the recent past and tons of user information was stolen. None of these claims are legitimate. They are hackers operating out of foreign countries and cannot be stopped by our police force. They told me I had a Cashnet debt and I was sending them my info for payment when I decided to call them back. The company that thy claimed to represent told me that they had no accounts with my name and that it was most likely a scam. Upon further research I found many stories of similar experiences with people all over the US. Contact you bank and register the transaction as a fraud and if you don't believe me, call Cashnet. I didn't pay them and they have called me 4 or 5 times now. Never been to jail.
You have been successfully scammed by hackers. Unfortunately they play upon our fears and claim that you will be thrown in jail or that they will be serving you papers at your workplace. Contact your bank and make a claim for fraud, it might help get you the money back.
Considering that they are calling from Colorado (caller ID Displays 719-422-2221) and giving a Texas Number to call. That right away says they are scammers. Next time they call we will be calling them on it and are in the process of reporting them to the authorities.
