This person claims to be employed by Ditech Greentree Mtg Lending Dept and is trying to get money from me for a loan modification. I believe this is a scam and i'm trying to dig deeper for more info.

Claimed to be from the mortgage lending department with my mortgage company Seterus telling me they approved my loan modification and needed the amount owed for the escrow deficit before they could move on. I just wish this private information was not available to the general public and to scammers like this
