I start receiving more and more scam call recently since I posted my resume on some job searching website. Are they related?? Anyway, don't answer the phone if you don't recognize the number
Answered the call and it was a record by a woman telling me it was urgent and about my credit card. She tells me I'm not in any trouble but it is urgent that they speak with me about my credit card..... REALLY "I'm not in trouble" what does she think she is talking to a 2 year old? She went on and on so I finally got tired and hung up.

This number called the office this afternoon. For some reason, the caller ID didn't display the number as the phone rang, so I picked up assuming it was a legitimate call. Instead, I got Heather, the account services robocall, calling about reducing our interest rates. I immediately hung up.
This month alone, we've received other calls with identical caller ID. If these are more of "Heather's" numbers, one may be able to safely ignore or block them.
