Harassing call threatening me for a pay day loan that I did not take out. Asking me to pay with Wal Mart card or VISA

I got a call from this number and a man named Alan Smith and spoke to someone which I don't think was him and said something about judgements against me for cash advances or something. I want this stopped. They did not tell me the name of the company when i asked.

I got a call about this as well. They wanted personal information and said I had judgements against me and they were suing me. What about you
