Called and left message to either "Quick, Call this number." or "Quit calling this number." couldn't tell and hit delete on message by accident. Meant to replay. Spoke quickly and hung up. Sounds like a scam if he said "Quick, call this number." Caller ID says "Emerson Frank". We don't know an Emerson Frank or a Frank Emerson.
