This person has been calling my phone claiming to be from office of child support. He has called me names and made racial comments. You can not be from a place of business calling people and talking to them like that.. Something has to be done about this and I do mean fast.

Report them. You can file complaints with your state attorney general (and theirs if they are in another state) Also report them to their supervisor as well. Record the calls according to your states recording laws . Also record the conversation with the supervisor as well and keep it all down in a notebook.
