One says it is in Felton (Santa Cruz County) CA and the other says it is in San Jose (Santa Clara County) CA. Thanks to called ID, I don't have a name (comes up "out of area"), but at least I have a phone number.

I received a couple of calls early in the morning 8am from this #(831)216-4189, which I believe comes from the SC county area. I don't pick up call from #'s that I don't know. I call back at the same # & sounds busy all the time. (I think they might be a 3rd party bill collectors)
I just googled the same phone number. I get phone calls from it every now and then. Many times they call twice in a row. Again, with no message. I answered once, but no one was there. I live In Monterey CA, though my Cell is a Salinas area number. Very Strange......
