I received a call from someone yesterday 6/19/17 from a number that was 0000000000 when i answered it they stated my name and advised me that i will be served at my place of employment or residence on Thursday 6/22/17. They also stated if I had any questions to contact this number 832-251-7683. I just contacted the number about 30 minutes ago and did speak with someone claiming they were from Recovery company and that I was being sued for 800.00 and if it wasn't settled out of court it would be and additional 2500.00 legal fees added. I advise a Mr. Patrick Collins that I have been scammed before and that I would have my lawyer contact him.
