Who called from 8432039196

Got a call from 'Offender Connect" saying my pin number was canceled.  I have no idea what, who, or why.

Received several automated calls between 4am and 7am on a Sunday saying it was the County Correctional facility.

843-203-9196 call me 3 times, 3:11, 3:16 &  3:25 AM...  YES, you read that right...   3AM, in the middle of the night...
and what is even worse than this, is the fact that our government, and their DO NOT CALL REGISTRY don't do a F'king thing about these people...   i've registered on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY every year, and i'm still inundated with these BS callers....
