If you receive a call about a "warrant" & referencing a debt, it's a SCAM! EVERY TIME!
Debt is a civil matter. It's not criminal. No ifs, ands or buts. Any caller that says differently is trying to defraud you. Simply DEMAND a notice of validation by MAIL! As per federal regulation under the FDCPA. Not by e-mail or fax. BY MAIL!
When the caller refuses and/or starts to make excuses or more threats, case closed. The caller is a FRAUD!

Then just now said ill be arrested tomorrow by 12pm. And my question is why would a officer text someone saying i owe a family money.
He first calls me saying my name and lastname. Then he say that i was talking to some girl on POF and i said who hensaid i cant give you that information and i said yes you can he said her name is jazmine and i said okay. I dont talk to people outside of my state on there and he said on my records that i have you have been talking to her. And I said how long ago was this he said awhile ago and said that i owe a family $700 for send there daughter to a rehab center. And saying I'm responsible for her going there. I KNOW ITS A SCAM
