Who called from 8432214078

Received phone call from this # on cell phone.
No response when calling it back from a blocked number. Probably fraud.

Called my cell at 7:15 in the morning. Has all the ear marks of an offshore (most likely India) spammer/scammer.

3 weird calls in a row - this one from SC, one from TX and one from DC. No message of course.

When one of these idiots calls from an unrecognizable number, I let it go to "missed calls".  Then I look up the number on the net to see if others have gotten calls from them.  If I determine it's a telemarketer or some other equally annoying creature, I put the number in my contacts list and change the ringtone for that number to "no ring".  Now the call doesn't ring.
