They call several times a day but won't leave a message.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Calls frequently; when I called that number:  a recording comes on & states " it's a non-working number.

Called when I answered no one was there.  I called back and received message asking to leave name and number then said mailbox full.  Have blocked nymber
