said there is warrant for arrest from loan 10 years old!! calling place of business and cell phone. when i asked for further documentation to prove this, none was sent
this company called n.f.k called me and said i had a warrant for my arrest for a payday loan that i already paid back i called ace cash and they said that n.f.k associates is a scam company and that they have no rights to my debt i reported them to the new York attorney general and the f.c.p.b. This company is located in buffalo NY and are already under investigation so be careful if they call you they are trying to collect on debt they don't even own and using illegal tactics
They are going around pretending to be members of local government entities. They are also threatening criminal process against those who may owe civil debts.
This is a clear violation of the FTC rules for the proper collection of debts.
If they are bothering you, report them:

The same goes for endless telephone harassment
Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because, being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking), the only thing they understand.
