Who called from 8435619784

I received a call from this number. It originated in South Carolina. They said nothing when I answered. When I called back, I got a recording saying the number cannot be completed as dialed. So,it's a scam using a spoofed number.

Scum of the earth. He cursed me when I asked him politely to stop calling my number. My guess is that he is raising money for the Democratic Party.

What makes you think that? Other posts indicate it's a solar telemarketers.
