Unlisted phone call from this number at 5:59 p.m. Central Daylight Time June 23rd 2017 appears to be a funds transfer  scam

For a phone call from this number saying Capital Bank had $6000 they wanted to transfer me?

No doubt there will be some sort of "fees" or "taxes" involved.  If the bank truly had money to transfer to you they would have done it, or they would have sent a letter on a corporate letterhead telling you to contact them.
