Who called from 8438720964

beware, this is a spoofed number from India . They're running various scams, beware ! This not from S.C. .

Got a call from this number at 10:45 am, 5/24/16. I only called back thinking this was a call I had been waiting for.  Their voicemail does not identify their business, yet says their customer service reps are busy with other calls, lists their business hours, and to call back at another time.

Here's the clincher: if you want to be placed on their "do not call list," they ask for your, complete address, and phone number!

Has called my phone twice today without leaving a voicemail message.

I have received a call twice today from them but no vm was left....guessing this is a scam or solicitation. Won't answer if they call again.

Received 3 calls today, automated voice stating they want to talk to me about my time share.  I finally had it, called it back and a person answered "hello".  She told me no one was calling from that number, they were an IT firm.
