Merchant Services calling regarding our credit card processing. When asked pertinent questions that only our processor would know and them being unable to answer, they get angry and hang up.
Telephone scam alert!
We have been alerted to a telephone scan which seems to be targeted to mobile phones and some say they are from Co-Vantage Credit Union. The are calling to tell you your credit or debit card is being frozen and asking for card information, security codes, etc.
As always, never give out your credit card information from an unsolicited phone call.
