Variation of message received from other numbers over the years. These folks apparently go through lists of corporations in various states (including VERY small businesses) and target any that appear to have clinical or science in the name.
As I was reporting our first robocall of the day here, this number called the office. Upon seeing the caller ID pof "BETTER MERCHANT", I knew it was safe to ignore. This time, however, the caller didn't leave its usual message promising better credit card processing rates and fees.
