this guy calls us on christmas day  at 8 am asking if our shop is open ?? duh and we say no and we  try to see if he needed help by asking if he  broke down or will he drive it in if we open the shop up for him his stupid remark was "no,no,no i just got a nail in my tire. so we repeat ourselves
"did you break down or will your drive it in"/ again no,no,no. and then again...

no,no.no he is a one hit wonder, so we remark just listen to the question before you answer it  and we did it  again and  so he hung up. we texted him back

do you need a tow are you  stuck . his remark o why didnt you say so you just ask if

i broke down..  well having a flat tire mean  that you are broke down if you cant drive it in so what did we say wrong here?
