Who called from 8452860031

I did not answer and caller did not leave a message. My caller ID said "Care Alert". They have called before and I did not answer.

To be called constantly is horrible but now they want to start at 6:00 AM in the morning is ridiculous.
No message left, of course. To receive a call at this hour scares a person because you know something
Is wrong getting a call at this hour. Caller I D said " Care Alert"!
Why can't something be done to stop these people from bothering others?

Buy a good call blocker then block the area code

This robocall woke me at 6:42 a.m. today. Caller ID showed "Care Alert." Robocall message began with addressing me as "a member of the diabetic community." I hung up. Wasn't planning to get up quite yet but was wide awake.
