Over 41 calls from this number since January 2016. CID always reads just the number, and no message is ever left. Finally "Smile Train" showed on the CID one time last week. Today it's reverted to just the number. Gather it's really Smile Train since we were inundated with calls from them on another number -- calls which stopped just before these began.
I have been getting these too. I answered today and it was creepy! She asked for "elizabeth". When i said it was the wrong number, the creepy voice said, "How do you know?"
