Received call claiming I may be eligible to refi my mortgage @ a lower rate and wanted to put me in touch with a mortgage broker. When I advised this individual that I was not interested, she continued to talk and would not stop when I kept saying that I wanted her to stop. Hung up. Called back and requested to speak with someone in charge. Was told I would be put on do not call list. Called back a second time, got same person, requested to speak with someone in charge. Got same response. Could not speak to someone in charge or a supervisor.
