Blocked number as it was ringing, as caller ID read, "Unassigned."

Caller ID read "Cell Phone NY." I, too, do not answer unknown and unsolicited calls. I have yet to get a message from any of these unknown callers.

Another idiotic turd playingwith the phone and trying to scam honest people.

Called today. I don't answer numbers I don't know. I blocked it as 99.9% of out-of-state calls are scams or some unsolicited crap.
