WARNING: SCAM ARTIST ****  A latino with a heavy accents (845) 661-9735 constantly call and ask for my personal information, to fill out a survey for quality..... or some nonsense about a hospital debt. I told them I do not give out my personal information on the phone, she then replies that she'll mail it to me, I refuse to give up any personal information. I hanged up right away. This has been going on since January 2017 and its March 2017..... I went to check online and it looks like there might be a fake 'BBB' online site that says they are real. But the site looks like a fake as well.
