I got hangup call earlier on Prepaid cell, so I *67 & called back & got recording that simply said "press 9 to be put on the Do Not Call list" & then hungup when I didn't press anything. I'll report to FTC.

Always dial *67 before calling questionable numbers like this back. As far as Toll Free numbers, call them back from a payphone or work. *67 will block your #.
