They called me and said they needed a minute to talk to me about my insurance payment. I told them I don't insure with them and hung up. In this day and age I'm astonished that telemarketing is successful enough to remain a viable industry. I love hanging up on them before they get to the point.
Called and left no message. I called back and it picked up immediately with the message "your call is very important to us. stay on the line and we'll get you in touch with one of our agents". Needing no agent and unsure of whom I was contacting, I promptly hung up.
Just called my CELL PHONE. Not sure who this person is, but it was a woman and I told her this is a cell phone. I could tell she was a telemarketer or something. How are these people getting private numbers and CELL PHONE NUMBERS. We need more protection and laws passed on this nonsense. Our stuff is out there for anyone to peek at. Google yourself and maybe you'll even find your address. It's ridiculous!
