Getting lots of calls with first number being a 0.
NO message was left

lot of calls per day, waste of time

In 9 days have received 91 calls from these phony numbers. that start with 0.
It's called "Spooling" new term where they can get a phony number to show up on caller ID. I have called an attorney in Illinois and log these calls to start a law suit. Attorney Marovitch told me to try and speak nice to get to know who they are working for...name of company.  I have not been able to do so yet...please try and log info.
Let's STOP them and make it hurt in the pocketbook

This number calls my house at least 2 dozen times a day. I agree with the other person who says a lawsuit needs to be filed.

the trick of substituting a fake number for a real number is called "spoofing".  You can literally go on the internet and do it your self.  see:
