Who called from 8471475563

Got call the 2nd day in a row. When you call back they say, "Call can't be completed as dialed.
And I am on no call list.

Just received this call. Left no message.

I'm on a do not call list.......WHY do I get calls from this number once or twice a day?????

How stupid to call me on 3 different days and if I answer, there is no response!

When I answer, there is no one there, but they leave a voicemail message saying that I should press 5 to be connected to one of their representatives. Doesn't even make sense.
