IRS scam . Robocall :
" That States Treasury intending you're serious attention ignore this will be unintentional second attempt. So what initial appearance before a magistrate. Judge, or a grand jury. 4 federal criminal offense. My number is (847) 201-4881. I repeat, it's (847) 201-4881. I would like you to cooperate with us. And Help Us to Help You. Thank you. "

Got identical call here in CA this morning

Call offering to help me with my troubles with Treasury Dept.  Caller left message; had broken accent.

Same as the first comment word for word, when you call back it has a crazy fast busy signal or says call will not go through as failed. Message was on my answering machine. Called twice in 9 minutes and left one message, this happened @ 10:00 and 10:39 PST. Sounds like very broken English. I would say it's probably a scam like the IRS scam.
