I actually talked to her (I will leave her name omitted). She's harmless and she's is trying to expand the company she works for through recruitment and sales. I politely declined after allowing her to tell me a little about the position and the company.
My resume is posted on CareerBuilder. This is how she obtained my phone number. No harm in that. If you don't want potential employers contacting you, then remove your phone number from your resume and remove your posts from career web sites.
No reason to call someone dumb or a [***]. Grow up.
