Is the name of the company "Bluepay, Inc" as stated by others, or is it "BLUPAY" as you claim?
(The former has an A+ BBB rating, and has been around long enough to understand the Do Not Call list provisions)
It also seems Bluepay, Inc uses 866 phone numbers, rather than 847 numbers.
