called and hung up so machine did the "if youd like to make a call, please dial 1.." thing which repeats till it takes up a minute of my macine.

i.d. said Des Plaines, so someone's using some softwaee to manipulate the i.d.since an entire town cant call you and if this was a legit Whatever they wouldnt be hiding.

blocked.  when will the phone companies let us * number immediatley after an obvious spam/scam call, put it in a computer datbase and when a certain number are reported for a sme number look into it, trace it, cut it off, block it or take care of it? the programming to do this is very simple .
