Scammers trying to sell counselling to businesses covertly. They lead in as though they're a customer before jumping into pressuring you to let them "drop by with a business card" know enough people who've dealt with them, if they manage to meet you they try to start fast talking to sell. Hounds you on the phone so I've stopped answering.
