Who called from 8472570730

This is one of those "can you hear me" scam callers. Kept saying "can you hear me?" over and over again when I picked up my cell phone, I just hung up on him and blocked the number. Don't answer this number or just hang up if you do happen to pickup.

Didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer the call. Left no message.

Call came in on FAX line. Came here to check on if it was a annoyance caller.
