This number from Elk Grove Village, IL, tried to call me a few minutes ago, at 7.56am. I never answer unknown calls, and everytime I get one I do a search online to find out more. Whoever is hiding behind is a scammer, and my advice is to avoid answering calls from this and, in general, unknown numbers and to add them to your phone's auto reject list.
My experience is that this scammer always calls three times in a row and then moves on to another sucker. Just add to your reject/block list. My reject/block software tells me who tried to call even when the call is rejected/blocked, and these despicable subhumans don't give up.
