Didn't pick up; went to VM:  pre-recorded female voice in the middle of a bogus message about "professional free estimate for your home improvement project".

Obvious telemarketing roboscam.

I just signed up to get 4 free quotes for a bathroom remodeling project online from improvenet.com.  The call was from the company verifying that my number was correct.
