This is a recruiter from Bankers Life and Insurance who trolls job sites like Monster to recruit straight commission insurance salesmen.

Yep, same happened to me...seriously, what a waste of an incoming mobile call!

They just called me as well. It was a waste of time

I just got one as well.  I didn't recognize the number so didn't answer it.  They didn't leave a message, so I googled it.  Glad I found out about this.  Makes me want to make all but my email private from these trolls so they can only contact me via my email unless I APPLY for the job!!
