Caller ID said Cell Phone. It was a robo call from Bob Dold. A voice mail was left that began “Hello this is your congressman, Bob Dold ….” warning about an identify theft IRIS scam. If you need your congressman to explain why you shouldn't give out credit card numbers or personal info over the phone to strangers, don't block this number. I don't need robocall "service"  from Bob, so I blocked the number.
