got a call from this number ref a fraudulent court proceeding against me.  left an 855 number.  called it, claims wire fraud for a payday loan I had 6 years ago that it wasn't paid.   all info they had was old, wanted to see If I wanted to settle out of court.  Called this local number back it only rings.
