I think this is part of the Kaplan University phone system. I received three calls from three different numbers in a 10 minute period. Each time the caller asked for Charles/Charlie. I told them they had the wrong number each time. i was told that it could take 24 hrs for my number to "exit" the system. all three numbers are 847-407-0366, 407-903-3300, 678-712-5107.
