i don't think that's who they are. I called back & they said it was Chase but would not tell me what the call was about unless I provided a password. End of call.
Ok, they called me again today and after having my name gutted I hung up and called them back. It is Chase financial services and this office follows up on people who are on the balance liquidation plan to maintain the scheduled payments. If you're getting a call from them and you're on a BLP then pick it up and schedule the upcoming payments and they'll stop calling you.
