I got a message garbled and called back to see what it might be about. The man identified himself as David Mathews badge number 11414 and in a thick Indian accent I believe said I was in big trouble with a warrant out for my arrest which got me very irritated and I began to grill him with questions. He got flustered and said he would just send the sheriff to arrest me and hung up. Very irritating to get this kind of threatening message from someone clearly trying to shake people down.
Caller left garbled message...demanding my cooperation in a matter that he did not describe...rough threatening tone.. did not understand most of what he said.
